Just days until 2012 comes to an end. It was a very memorable
year.

The NW Wed Pro
Holiday Party was a huge success. Hosted at the Tumwater Room in Oregon City, everyone
contributed to make this a fun event. Photos have been posted on the NW Wed Pro Facebook page.
A huge Thank You to Darrell of The Tumwater Room AND
Alimenti Catering for all of his hard work and hours putting this together. The
space looked beautiful and the food and service was top notch.

I’d also like to thank Eric of Chef du Jour for bringing
fantastic food to the event even though he couldn’t stay for the party. He was
swamped with catering jobs that night but still provided us with the entrée and
appetizers. Wow, KUDOS to you!

Our entertainment director for the evening was Craig of High Fidelity Entertainment, and boy did he
ever entertain us! We had contests, games, prizes, dance lessons and lots of
dancing.

To remember the evening, we all went home with fun photo
booth pictures from Trevor at Dancin
Tunes. The tables were decorated with holiday linens from Barclay Event Rentals and had
center pieces created by Dream Team
Events, Purple Iris Weddings
& Events and Bella Giorno Events.
Throughout the evening we had a wonderful selection of wines
by Buddha Kat Winery plus some
wine provided by Radiant Touch
Weddings. Dessert for the evening was by Seriouscake.com with delicious cake pops
and cupcakes.
The floral displays by JBlooms
made for lovely décor and also great door prizes at the end of the evening.
Speaking of door prizes, thank you to everyone else that attended for bringing
a door prize. We had such great donations from gift cards to wine baskets
including two $50 gift certificates for Amadeus
Manor, golf at Sah-Hah-Lee
Golf Course, movie passes, Fred Meyer GC and much more.
We all had a great time with the White Elephant gift exchange. Everyone selected one gift then we
voluntarily swapped with others if we wanted to. Interesting items were in some
of those wrappings. LOL
I’ve received so many compliments on this event saying that
it was the BEST Network Association
party of the year! Thank you for making this a great year for NW Wed Pro and I look forward to seeing
each of you at our monthly meetings in 2013.

In February we will meet at Sah-Hah-Lee
Golf Course on the 13th.
